What are the rental requirements? Each owner has different criteria, but the general requirements are listed under the available properties tab. If an owner has additional requirements, the leasing team would follow up with you upon receiving your application for that particular unit.
Has my application been received? Email applicantsjrh@gmail.com for application updates.
When will I hear something? It can take owners up to 7 days to review applications. Email applicantsjrh@gmail.com if you hadn’t heard anything after 7 business days.
Can I apply for more than one property? Yes, you can apply to as many as you want. Only one application fee is required for 90 days. After you put in one application and you want your application to be considered for other properties- email applicantsjrh@gmail.com and let them know you want your application forwarded to other properties. Don't submit another application if you already have an active one in the system. Please email in order for the leasing team to forward you current application to other owners.
I was approved for one unit, and I automatically approved for other units as well- No, each unit is individually approved by the owner of that particular unit.
How can I view a property? All properties are viewed during open houses which occurs weekly on the weekends.
How long does the process take? Timing for the process vary due to owner requirements. Additionally, if the unit is deemed to be approved by PHA- it can take a little longer due to the PHA process opposed to a market rate rental.

Does Jackson have properties in (certain areas)? JRH gets properties all over the Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
Do you take rental assistance? That decision is up to each individual owner.
